How Many Days Until Daylight Saving Time Start?
When is Daylight Saving Time Start?
In the US and Canada, daylight saving time starts at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday of March, when clocks move forward one hour.
When daylight saving time starts, you lose an hour of sleep but gain lighter evenings. The EU and UK change their clocks on the last Sunday of March instead, and most of Asia, including Pakistan and India, doesn't use daylight saving time.

Getting ready for the clock change
In the US and Canada, clocks move forward one hour at 2 a.m. on the second Sunday in March, so 2 a.m. becomes 3 a.m. Phones and computers update themselves, but oven clocks, car clocks and some watches need to be changed by hand.
Going to bed 15 minutes earlier for a few nights beforehand can make the lost hour easier. Arizona (outside the Navajo Nation) and Hawaii don't change their clocks.
